Dispute Resolution
Dispute resolution refers to the many methods through which individuals and business entities may resolve conflicts without going to court. Mediation, arbitration, and neutral evaluation are examples of common dispute resolution methods. These procedures are often more private, less official, and less stressful than standard court sessions. Dispute Resolution is typically less formal, less costly, and less time-consuming than committing to a trial; it also provides clients with more control over when and how their disagreement is handled. Additionally, these methods give clients a much better likelihood of maintaining a healthy relationship between the involved parties.
